Accommodation for construction contractors

Sites run for months and crews move as the programme does. You need beds for the whole team, close enough to site that the van does not become the biggest cost.

What do construction contractors need from accommodation?

Construction contractors usually need enough bedrooms for the full headcount, parking for vans and tools, weekday-only or rolling bookings. Tell us the location, dates and headcount and we will send options with a price per person, per night.

What matters

  • Enough bedrooms for the full headcount
  • Parking for vans and tools
  • Weekday-only or rolling bookings
  • A place to dry wet kit

Our tip

Share the start date and a rough exit date. If the programme slips, extensions are far easier to arrange than last-minute replacements.

Questions

Good to know.

What does "pppn" mean?

Per person, per night. It is the simplest way to compare options: the price for one person to stay one night. Multiply it by the number of people and nights to see the whole cost. We quote pppn so you can budget before anyone books.

How do you price a stay?

You get a price per person, per night for each option, based on the property, the location, the length of stay and how many people you are sending. The price we quote is the price you pay for what we have described, and we confirm what is included before you commit.

What is usually included?

Furnishings, bills, wifi and kitchen basics are normally included, and many properties include linen and towels. Parking, cleaning and extras vary. Each option comes with a plain list of what is in and what is not.

Tell us where, when and how many.

We will come back with options and one price per person, per night.
