Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry forms. Your name, email, phone number, company, where you need to stay, dates, headcount, room and vehicle needs, and anything you add in the notes.
- Host forms. Your name, contact details and information about the property you want to list.
- Contact messages. Whatever you tell us when you get in touch.
- Technical information. Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in running our business.
- To assess and list a property you offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interests.
- To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
If you go ahead with a booking, we share the details needed to arrange it with the host or property manager. We also use service providers who help us run the site and our email, such as hosting and email providers, [list providers]. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, normally [12 months]. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
